Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand via Australia Post with tracking.

We’re all about keeping things smooth and stress-free. Orders placed before 3pm are shipped the same business day, while orders placed after 3pm are shipped the next business day, so your goodies are on their way as quickly as possible.

(allow a little extra in peak launch, sale /holiday periods). You’ll receive email updates with your tracking link.

Australia

• Standard: 3–7 business days - $8 AUD 
  

• Express: 1–3 business days - $12 AUD  (FREE for all orders $200 AUD)

New Zealand

• Standard: approx. 6–18 business days $20 NZD flat rate 

• FREE for all orders $200 NZD+

Address issues / Return to Sender: If an order is returned (incorrect address/not collected), we’ll happily resend once re-shipping is paid. For address changes, email sales@solmatethelabel.com ASAP.

Duties & taxes (NZ): May apply and are payable by the customer. Customs delays are outside our control.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
