Shipping

We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand via Australia Post with tracking. Orders dispatch in 2–4 business days (allow a little extra in peak launch, sale /holiday periods). You’ll receive email updates with your tracking link.

Australia

• Standard: 2–7 business days $10 AUD for orders under $150 AUD 

• FREE for all orders $150 AUD+

• Express: 1–3 business days — $15 AUD

New Zealand

• Standard: approx. 6–18 business days $20 NZD flat rate 

• FREE for all orders $150 NZD+

Address issues / Return to Sender: If an order is returned (incorrect address/not collected), we’ll happily resend once re-shipping is paid. For address changes, email sales@solmatethelabel.com ASAP.

Duties & taxes (NZ): May apply and are payable by the customer. Customs delays are outside our control.
