Change of mind (full-priced items)
- Return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of marks/stains
How to organise a return:
Email sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order name & number and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll reply with next steps.
What can’t be returned
- Final sale items (e.g. EOFY, End of Season, Black Friday)
- Accessories and gift cards
- Items worn, washed, or damaged
- Returns outside 30 days of purchase
Faulty items
Think something’s faulty? Email sales@solmatethelabel.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description
Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
