We want you to love your Sol Mate pieces but If not, we’ve got you 💛

Change of mind (full-priced items)

  • Return, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and free of marks/stains

How to organise a return:
Email sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order name & number and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit. We’ll reply with next steps.

What can’t be returned

  • Final sale items (e.g. EOFY, End of Season, Black Friday)
  • Accessories and gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, or damaged
  • Returns outside 30 days of purchase

Faulty items

Think something’s faulty? Email sales@solmatethelabel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description

Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund.
