At Sol Mate The Label, we want you to absolutely love your pieces! But if something is not quite right, no worries


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We happily offer returns, exchanges or store credit for full-priced items if you’ve changed your mind or need a different size.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • In original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

  • Free from any marks, stains, or signs of wear (anything else that isn’t brand new!)

To organise a return, flick us an email at sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — we’ll take it from there!

Please note: Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty.


⚠️ What Can’t Be Returned?

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or used

  • Items purchased during sale periods such as EOFY Sales, Birthday Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or any promotional discount codes over 20%

  • Accessories or gift cards

  • Items not returned within the 14-day return window

So please choose carefully during sales — all sale purchases are final.


💥 Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our pieces, but if something has slipped through the cracks and you’ve received a faulty item, we’re so sorry! Please email sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description and we will happily assist you!!

If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whatever works best for you.
