 Returns & Exchanges

At Sol Mate The Label, we want you to absolutely love your pieces! But if something is not quite right, no worries

We happily offer returns, exchanges or store credit for full-priced items if you’ve changed your mind or need a different size.
To be eligible, items must be:

  • Returned within 14 days of receiving your order

  • In original condition – unworn, unwashed, with tags attached

  • Free from any marks, stains, or signs of wear (anything else that isn’t brand new!)

To organise a return, flick us an email at sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order number and what you'd like to do — we’ll take it from there!

Please note: Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is deemed faulty 


 What Can’t Be Returned?

We don’t accept returns on:

  • Items that have been worn, washed or used

  • Items purchased during sale periods such as EOFY Sales, End of season Sales, Birthday Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, or any promotional discount codes over 20%

  • Accessories or gift cards

  • Items not returned within the 14-day return window

So please choose carefully during sales — all sale purchases are final.


 Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of our pieces, but if something has slipped through the cracks and you’ve received a faulty item, we’re so sorry! Please email sales@solmatethelabel.com with your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description and we will happily assist you!!

If the item is deemed faulty, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever works best for you.
